Lollo explained that my drip contained fluid and nutrients. She said I’d need it because I wouldn’t be allowed to eat anything for a while. I saw straight away why they call it a drip. The fluid dripped out of the bag, one drop at a time, then passed through the long tube into my tube and then into my blood. Drip, drip, drip 💧💧 💧 💧 💧 💧
